This month I will be co-hosting The Romance Hour on 88.9 WynFM alongside Samantha Napier and our lovely producer Nicole. The show will form part of The Arts Hour on Sunday mornings, where we will rotate with local theatre groups, screenwriters and other artists.
When Samantha approached me with the idea last year, my immediate reaction was no. I’m terrified of public speaking. Not awkward or nervous—terrified. But then I realised it would be the perfect opportunity to meet/chat with other Romance authors, while also conquering my fear.
This week we were lucky enough to chat with historical romance author, Anne Gracie, about what Romance is, how it has evolved, and what draws readers to it.

Lovely interview! I’ve been reading romance for over 40 years now, (all though I avoided it after my marriage ended after 28 years) I recently started up again,, and it’s still my favourite along with murder mysteries! ( wonder what that says about me?) lol. Love your books Anne!
